INGREDIENTS WHEAT Flour, Water, Margarine (Palm Oil, Water, Salt, Emulsifiers: E471, E322 (SOYA), Flavouring Substances, Preservative (E202), Antioxidants (E320, E321), Acidity Regulator (E330), Colouring Substance (E160a)), Sugar, Salt, Raising Agent (E500, E503). ALLERGY ADVICE: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Frying Pan – Shallow Fry from Frozen – Medium Heat For best results always cook from frozen Remove all packaging. Place in frying pan and cook pressing gently for 1 – 1½ minutes. Turn paratha over and cook, pressing gently for a further 1- 1 ½ minutes. When both sides are golden brown, remove from pan and serve. PRECAUTIONS: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is cooked thoroughly and piping hot throughout before serving. Take care as products can be extremely hot after cooking. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Keep frozen at -18'c or cooler. If product has thawed do not refreeze.
