Crafted from 100% hand-harvested organic Malbec, fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 24°C for 10 days with 5% whole cluster inclusion and exclusively native yeasts to elevate true vineyard expression. Extraction was carefully minimized to preserve freshness and avoid heavy notes typical of a warm vintage. Matured for 9 months in concrete vats with no oak contact, this wine showcases pure fruit, vibrant minerality, and excellent drinkability.
