Wildflowers - Ethiopia Edido, Natural

Wildflowers is our seasonal release from Ethiopia. We chose the name as a nod to Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee where heirloom varieties still grow. This season we have selected a coffee from Edido, a small part of the famous Yirgacheffe region. This is a grade 1 herioom produced by smallholder farmers around the processing station. The coffee is has vibrant floral aromatics with notes of kiwi, peach, nectarine, orange, hibiscus, jasmine, honey, and maple syrup. We've approached the roasting profile as an omni-roast, making it a perfect fit for a fruit forward espresso and batch brew alike.
