This women-only retreat takes place at a boutique eco-hotel nestled between Kolovesi and Linnansaari national parks, where frozen lakes, snow-covered forests, minimal Nordic interiors and a philosophy of simplicity create space for true nervous-system reset. Our days unfold gently with morning Qi Gong, self care support and deep relaxation sessions, nourishing shared meals prepared using locally sourced, organic ingredients, and plenty of time to enjoy a walk in the quiet winter landscapes or gaze at the stars.
