Customize our adorable flower pot by picking your flower colors and pot color. Choose 3 colors for you flowers and either black or gray for your pot! (12 Inch or larger) Picture 1 - Coral, Teal and Sunflower Picture 2 - Teal, Navy and Lime Coordinating bow (if shown in example picture) will be provided and attached. Bow will be based on ribbon availability but will coordinate perfectly with your door hanger.
