ANKE’s Preparation Chiller holds prepped toppings in GN 1/3 pans on an elevated rail, with a refrigerated cabinet underneath for bulk. Double door (PP-2, 1500mm) or triple door (PP-3, 2025mm), in 304 stainless steel, with a flip up cover that closes the pan line between service.
