How to Use For Cooling: Place the wheat bag inside a clean plastic bag. Keep it in the freezer until chilled. Check the temperature before placing it against the skin. If it feels too cold, place a light layer of fabric between the wheat bag and the skin. For Warmth: Heat for up to 45 seconds in a microwave. Reduce the heating time for higher-powered microwaves. Ensure the wheat bag can rotate freely on the microwave turntable. Never leave the microwave unattended while heating. Carefully check the temperature before giving it to a child.
