Tasting Notes: Blackberry, Chocolate, Apricot it’s been a while since we had a coffee from ETHIOPIA taste like this! this natural process single origin comes to us from Solomon Hameso Boku’s farm in Huro Tibro and stole the show when we tasted it alongside other higher-graded lots. it has all the classic flavors we love in an Ethiopian coffee—nuances of berries, chocolate, tea, honey, and citrus—but what really sets it apart is its out-of-this-world texture. and while the coffee itself is delicious, we also love the work happening behind it.
