2015 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 3L

The intensity and concentration of the 2015 vintage jump out of the glass in this Cabernet Sauvignon. The dark fruits - black cherry, blueberry and boysenberry – integrate seamlessly with the fresh red plum, cherry and raspberry notes. The primary fruits are dominant at this stage, but complementary oak, thyme, and lavender add complexity and depth to the bouquet. On the palate, the wine is bright and youthful, showing the tension and concentration of the vintage. There is plenty of fine tannins to support the fruit, which will continue to evolve over the next 10 to 15 years.
