Slow-cooked salt liquorice meets creamy white chocolate, sweet and sour cherries, cherry blossom (sakura!) and a dose of Japanese perfection. Sweet and lightly fruity with notes of almond paste & vanilla. Snow salt from the coral reefs around Miyakojima island takes the flavours to the next level. 250g jar. Suitable for vegetarians. About Haupt Lakrits Haupt Liquorice was launched in August 2014 by Christian Haupt and is based out of a small liquorice studio near Stockholm, Sweden. They focus on small batch production of liquorice using the highest quality ingredients that they can obtain. Haupt Liquorice are known for producing liquorice contains as much as 9% raw Calabrian liquorice and for cooking methods that produce intense, smooth and mature flavours.
