If you choose to post your device to us, we recommend using tracked and insured postage. We accept no liability for devices lost or damaged in transit. Account-Locked Devices: Devices that are Apple iCloud locked, Google account locked, or protected by any other device lock cannot be accepted for repair until the lock is removed. We will notify you if a lock is detected. If the device remains locked after five business days, it will be returned to you as received.
