The ultimate Yorkshire collaboration. Born from a shared obsession with craft, origin, and the perfect roast. When I met Max from Bullion Chocolate, I knew we had to create something together. As one of the UK’s few "bean-to-bar" makers, Max handles his cocoa with the same precision we use for our coffee. Bullion chocolate is real chocolate making (not just melting down melting down industrial chocolate). Bullion beans are selected, roasted, conched, aged, tempered, moulded and wrapped by hand in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The result? The FVR Mocha Bar. This isn’t your average coffee-flavoured chocolate. We took our signature Brazil Fazenda Matao beans—sourced directly from the farm—and entrusted them to Max. He meticulously blended them with his award-winning milk chocolate, using only raw cane sugar and zero ultra-processed fillers. Expect a wonderfully moreish and decadent bar. The coffee doesn't overpower; instead, it enriches the creamy milk chocolate, adding deep nutty notes and a sophisticated roasted finish. It is smooth, indulgent, and unapologetically Yorkshire.
