Large antique desk by G. W. Jervis with green leather top and 2 drawers

A stunning item, this original antique desk features a large wooden top covered with green leather and gold decorative detailing around the edges. The desk also has 2 drawers and is on castor wheels, so it is relatively easy to move. Originally fabricated by a company called G. W. Jervis in New Brighton, it is a beautiful piece of furniture that has the added benefit of being practical too! Condition report: a number of marks / scratches and signs of wear along the wooden frame and leather top especially (see photos for close-ups), otherwise in very good, solid condition.
