This certification is designed as a highly interactive experience. You'll engage in a mix of teaching, demonstration, practice, and reflection-allowing you to integrate both the mindset and skillset required to work effectively with the profile. And because this is an in-person session, there is added space for connection, dialogue, and deeper learning with Bill Adams, Bob Anderson and peers. Event Description Participants in this certification will learn how to: Read and interpret the LCP with clarity Deliver impactful debriefs that create insight and movement Learn the Universal Model of Leadership Understand the connection between Creative and Reactive patterns and leadership effectiveness Work with the underlying assumptions that shape behavior Support leaders in moving from awareness to sustained development You will also gain hands-on experience practicing coaching conversations and applying the framework in real time.
