Jatoba has a reddish brown color and produces a rich mid range with a crisp high end. Stainless steel frets boast excellent corrosion resistance. The wide and tall fret-type offers a quick response and effortless articulation when playing chords and clear tone when playing single notes. Locking machine heads ensure accurate and stable tuning. The Alder body delivers a well-balanced bright tone, enriched resonance and sustain. Ibanez Classic Custom pickups offer a versatile tonal palette, combining the warm, clear sound of alnico neck and middle single-coil pickups with the powerful, dynamic output of a ceramic bridge humbucker. This unique blend delivers precise articulation and expressive tone. The T106 tremolo bridge with 6 independent saddles makes precise height and intonation adjustment of each string easy. The dyna-MIX 9 offers nine sound variations and can switch between humbucker and single coil modes with just a flick of the mini switch. One mode even simulates a humbucking sound from the combination of two single coil pickups. The Super All Access Neck Joint increases playability and allows for easy access to the higher frets.
