Allantoin exfoliates and protects the skin, improves its hydration and supports wound healing by stimulating the growth of new tissue, while Dexpanthenol deeply penetrates the skin and transforms into pantothenic acid, binding water to increase skin elasticity. For nappy rash: apply after each nappy change to clean, dry skin. For wounds and abrasions: apply gently without rubbing. For very dry areas (heels, elbows): apply generously overnight.
