Distilled turpentine is a traditional solvent derived from pine. It can clean brushes and create your own painting mediums. It effectively removes oil, alkyd, and acrylic paints from brushes and painting tools. It can also remove varnishes, including Dammar, for revarnishing. Use with caution and dispose of properly.
