This is a medium to large hazelnut variety with elongated nuts and well-filled shells, easy to crack. It flowers in February to March and is harvested in September to October. It has good disease resistance and very good hardiness down to -17°C. It is self-fertile but more productive when other hazelnut trees are nearby.
