Walnuts Coffee - Las Aguilas Washed Chiroso - Huila, Colombia - 100g

This is our first time working with Walnuts coffee, and we are very excited to bring on these coffees! Walnuts is aiming to bring UL roasting to Japan and has some really fun coffees :) Roast Profile: ultralight. Similar to AG's old style of roasting. Roasted om a bullet, which is unique for light roasts. Why did we bring this coffee on? Really enjoyable Chiroso that is a classic example of a Huila Chiroso. Bright citrus, stonefruit and green tea. I'm a fan of Chirosos and coffees like this remind me why I like them so much! Tasting notes: lilikoi, green tea, bergamot
