We've teamed up with The Crafty Pickle Co to transform a batch of their Katz Kimchi into a series of kimchi hot sauces. "Fruity Kimchi" is the first - it's a mild/medium hot sauce combining the funky fermented kimchi-kraut with zingy pineapple and juicy peach, for an intriguing twist on the idea of a kimchi ketchup. It's got that kimchi tang with a touch of sweetness - so we reckon you'll love this with hot dogs, pizza crusts, and rice bowls. But let us know what you think!
