Carignano del Sulcis DOC "Roussou" 2021 - U Tabarka/Tanca Gioia

“Roussou” was the first wine produced by Tanca Gioia and is made entirely from Carignano, sourced from the estate’s best-suited sites for the variety on the island of San Pietro. The 2021 vintage is especially supple and well balanced, with pure red fruit, spice and Mediterranean herbs carried by gentle tannins and a pronounced saline streak. A distinctly Mediterranean expression of Carignano, structured yet never heavy, with the freshness and savoury character to pair particularly well with Carloforte’s traditional tuna dishes.
