Metal Mashup with Michael Marx 2-2-27 Tucson

Valencia Rd, Tucson AZ 85757 Meeting Room B Instructor: Michael Marx Metal Mashup: Bronze and Stainless Steel Earrings and Pendant Make a statement with what you wear! In this one-day split class, we’ll create a coordinated pendant and complementary pair of earrings using bronze metal clay. Add fun embellishments and personal touches to make your jewelry set uniquely yours, then fire and finish your pieces before completing them with stainless steel bails and ear wires. You’ll leave class with a stylish, coordinated jewelry set and the skills to continue creating with bronze metal clay. All skill levels welcome. Toolkits will be available to borrow for those that need one Kit Fee: (payable to instructor) $50 and includes bronze metal clay, use of textures, templates, cutters and press molds, stainless steel findings and all consumables. Class time will be split into 2 sessions. Morning session will be clay work. Afternoon session will be polishing and finishing.
