Caring For Your Acrylic Earrings Each pair of our acrylic earrings is carefully cut, assembled, and finished by hand with great attention to detail. While acrylic is a durable material, it is non-porous and can scratch or chip if it comes into contact with hard or sharp objects. The adhesive used in our earrings can also soften if exposed to high temperatures, so we recommend avoiding leaving them in hot places, such as inside a parked car.
