^ marquee/weights/power is the responsibility of the Food Vendor. AusCycling is only providing the space to set up. Vehicles only permitted on site where possible, notice will be provided before each event. Important Information Insurance – All Food Vendors must provide a copy of your certificate of currency outlining Public Liability cover up to $20,000,000. This must be provided to AusCycling with your application. Waste Material – Waste bins will be available, and it is the responsibility of the shop owner to clean your site throughout the event. Meal Vouchers – AusCycling will provide Officials, Volunteers and Staff with Meal Vouchers. It is expected that these will be accepted by each Food Vendor, with the vendor to invoice AusCycling post event for those sales. For more information on the event please head to the event website.
