JL Industries Mark MB846C Fire Extinguisher Mounting Bracket

The JL Industries Mark MB846C is a steel wall or vehicle mounting bracket for JL's C model portable fire extinguishers. JL supplies a J-hook as standard with most extinguishers; the Mark brackets are the strap and latch style option used where the extinguisher has to be held positively, such as on a vehicle, in a corridor subject to knocks, or inside a cabinet tub. It fits Cosmic 10E (FE10C and FE10CBV), Galaxy 10 (FG10C) and Purple K 10 (FPK10C). Selection note: JL's bracket submittal says to select C brackets for C model extinguishers and A brackets for A model extinguishers. Load: UL specifies that a hanging device must withstand a vertical force of five times the weight of the charged extinguisher, and not less than 100 pounds.
