Kangaroo is excellent for dogs with allergies and a fantastic alternative protein source. Roo meat is high in protein and low in fat. The bones are carefully air dried so they remain raw and safe. No fridge needed! Kangaroo sizes will always vary from day to day - it's nature - and rack pieces will too, average from 3-4 ribs to 6-8 from larger stock. Roo has a very high concentration of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) which can have a range of benefits including anti-carcinogenic and anti-diabetes properties. A great choice for dogs who are watching their weight! It is lean, a good source of iron and zinc, with very little connective tissue (collagen).
