Sashiko Crest Snow Parka
A snow parka featuring patch-style sashiko made from KUON’s archive fabrics on the front, and Hymon (ice-crack) patterned yose-moyō sashiko on the sleeves. The Hymon pattern is a traditional Japanese motif based on the irregular lines seen when ice cracks. Also called the Kōriwari pattern, it represents the arrival of spring when the ice begins to break. The cuffs have elastic, and the hood opening, waist, and hem include drawcords, allowing you to enjoy adjustable silhouettes. The garment is finished with a product-washed treatment.
