Ingredients Steve’s 5‑ingredient blend: Coarsely ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, coriander, nutmeg, cloves, Worcestershire sauce, and white vinegar. Cooking Instructions Cook on a gas grill or in a pan until golden brown. Once you can break it by twisting it, it is fully cooked. Do not overcook it as it will get too dry.
