Explore our regular yoga schedule linked here too! In keeping with our passion for animal rescue and sparked by our regularly held Kitten Yoga!: we are proud to bring you Puppy Yoga. Puppy Yoga is an all levels slower paced vinyasa class featuring a litter of adoptable puppies from the Louisa Humane Society. Come for the yoga; maybe leave with a new furever friend! Class is taught by Ann Mazur, founder of Relay Active, 200hr RYT. Our August 22 classes will feature 9 adoptable hound puppies! A portion of the proceeds from every puppy yoga class goes right back to Louisa Humane Society! Class size is limited; reserve your spot today! WHERE: Class will be held at our activewear shop + yoga studio located at 946 Grady Ave., Charlottesville, VA in the Dairy Market. Mats are provided if you do not have your own! WHEN: This is a special class held on Sat. Aug. 22, offered at two times: 11:30am-12:20pm (now sold out!) and 1:00-1:50pm. Please arrive 10-15 min. early to allow yourself time to get settled for class! You will also have some time after class to spend with the puppies!
