Salvatore Ferragamo Pompeian Sandals 1950 Black mid heel sandals with a halter strap and crocheted raffia vamp. Made for Fortnum & Mason Piccadilly London. 2.75 inch leather covered heel, adjustable strap. Peep toe. the vamp is two semicircular pieces of crochet with a leather strap over the top . Leather lining and soles. Shown with Paulette Goddard. Good condition, general wear, they have been worn and loved. But still solid with a few scuffs at the top of the left heel.
