Surrey Hills Harvest Dining & Cocktails Experience 6:30pm Friday 9th October 2026 Inspired by a Surrey Hills harvest, created by our private chef, paired with Silent Pool Gin cocktails and accompanied by live music. We have a new menu for Autumn 2026 that elevates the finest local produce with exquisite details and fabulous flavours. Our Silent Pool Gin cocktails are selected and created for the evening by our Brand Ambassador, Antonio Franzese. Music is by local folk-pop singer Bryony Dunn who will perform accoustic covers from the 70s to the present day. Served in the beautiful setting of our covered terrace overlooking the Silent Pool itself, this event is a highlight of our distillery calendar. To begin... Butternut squash & spinach lasagne Sage beurre noisette, rocket and leek Main course... Slow cooked juniper beef cheeks Truffled celeriac puree, mushroom wellington, buttered spinach and a Maderia jus or, Mushroom wellington* Celeriac puree, dauphinoise potatoes, and a red wine jus* And finally... This choice must be stated when booking as it cannot be accommodated on the day without prior notice. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for any other dietary requirements for this experience. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please note that for health and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed inside the distillery buildings.
