ORIGINAL TEXT: Sean McIntyre (b.1994) Far and Away Silver thread through night skies, Bounding cross a moonlit guise. Weaving and turning, Feeds to our yearning; Till sleep comes and frees us, And our dreams, they take us: Far and away, deep through the night’s sway. Bringing us to peace and to comfort. And through the clouds we float on endlessly, A sea below that mirrors ecstasy. It heeds us and guides us. Frees us and spurs us to drop all our burdens, Let go your pains and float on: Far and away, deep through the night’s sway. Unto dawn, into a warm calm. Above the clouds, uncover shadows. And soar on through the night, dreams conjure warm light. Wake into peace, embrace and release. Until more dreams come.
