From Field to Table: A Summer Happy Hour

Sunday, July 12th 5PM Join us for a relaxed summer evening at Rosaly’s Garden and experience the farm in its most beautiful light. Bring your favorite wine or beer for a happy hour surrounded by our gardens and sweeping views of Mount Monadnock. We’ll serve a selection of light bites featuring our freshly harvested produce, highlighting the flavors of the season at their peak. You’ll have the opportunity to sample several cucumber varieties—from refreshing lemon cucumbers to juicy slicing cucumbers, along with other unique favorites from our fields. As you sample, we’ll share a little about how the vegetables are grown, what makes each variety special, and our favorite ways to enjoy them at home. Whether you’re a longtime customer or visiting for the first time, this is a fun opportunity to savor the bounty of the farm on a magical summer evening. Invite a friend or two, grab your favorite beverage and join us for a taste of the season! Attendee Cancellations: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member—just send us a quick note to let us know who is coming in your place. Weather & Rain Date: In the event of severe weather, thunderstorms, or conditions that make trailside brewing unsafe, we will postpone the event. We will notify all registered participants via email with a rescheduled date or full refund options.
