Good unused circa 1890 Deraedemaeker reprint Anti-Graham caricature envelope in blue, several tone spots, originally produced by Punch Magazine to satirise the Home Secretary, Sir James Graham for allowing the 'secret office' within the Home Office to intercept and open mail on grounds of National Security. This envelope depicts Sir James Graham dispatching his spies and images of them in the act of espionage. (Ref 143915).
