Located just 30 minutes from Popayan, the farm cultivates different coffee varieties using environmentally-conscious practices and rigorous quality control. The team maintains soil conservation, manages undergrowth to prevent erosion, and monitors crops for pests while processing each variety according to its specific needs—determined by Brix level, moisture content, and desired cup characteristics. Beyond producing exceptional coffee, Juan Martin serves as a resource and example for other producers, while providing educational opportunities to community members.
