The reformer base carries the five-spring system of one red (heavy), two yellow (medium), and two blue (light) springs, a four-position footbar with safety latch, and a four-position gear system.The tower adds arm, leg, and push-through spring work plus mat exercises on the included twin mats. The Jump Board mounts at the foot of the reformer for carriage-based cardio, and the Short Box Bar completes the short box series.
