SharpenAir Needle Repair System (SHA-NR) – Airbrush Needle Sharpener with Four Diamond Stones

The SharpenAir Needle Repair System is a hand-held tool for straightening and re-pointing a bent airbrush needle. Four angled runners on its underside, each tipped with a diamond stone, hold the needle's factory taper as you work — the tip on steps one and two, the cone on steps three and four. It measures 3.5 in square, and a repair takes one to five minutes. It works with every airbrush brand except Paasche and the DeVilbiss Dagr, which take Paasche's own model. Diamond grits work through the job: 600, then 1200, finishing on a 3000-grit polishing pad. Designed by airbrush artist Chad Elliott; each stone re-seats to expose fresh grit. Good for getting through a session — a brand-new needle is still the better fix when you can.
