Oak Swivel Desk Chair 1920s

Originally sat at the desk of a Lancashire Mill, we have an early 1920s English oak swivel office chair, highly likely Cookes of Finsbury. We have sold plenty similar before, however no makers mark. This one is full of character with its comfortable stance, shaped thick oak seat, well curved arms and overall historic condition. Yes we have knocks and bumps, recently replaced brass castors and bags of style. The chair is fixed height and with a swivel action. We have carefully dusted over and added a little museum wax to the oak frame. A good looking oak desk chair English circa early 1920s.
