Earl Grey Tart

Time for another one of our favourite flavours!!! We know we say this alot but maybe we just like too many things lol. We paired delicate notes of earl grey with the earthiness of oats to make our Earl Grey Tart. Starting with our buttery tart shell, we slow baked an earl grey-infused custard for the perfect silky smooth filling. Then we topped it with a light earl grey whipped mascarpone cream. For a finishing touch we decorated it with oatmeal lace cookies (these are addictive 🥴)
