Picked on 10 March from our Mount Torrens vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. This Pinot Noir Rosé has a lifted nose of strawberries and cherry blossom, leading to an elegant palate of red currant and strawberry fruit, with crisp acidity and a long clean finish. Perfect on its own or enjoy with local cheese, salads and seafood. Vegan. Alcohol 12.5% Previous vintages Gold Medal. Royal Adelaide Wine Show 2023.
