Silver Charm Bangle Workshop - Saturday 12th December (10.30am to approx. 1.30pm)

Design and make your own sterling silver charm bangle in this relaxed, beginner friendly class. In this bangle making class, you’ll create a beautiful textured sterling silver bangle and finish it off with a charm of your choice. You’ll be guided through each step, learning a range of traditional silversmithing techniques including sizing, cutting, shaping, texturing, soldering, filing, polishing, and finishing. All tools and materials are included and you’ll have your own professionally equipped jeweller's bench to work on. Classes are kept small and friendly at just five people ensuring that you'll have plenty of one-to-one support and time for questions. At the end of the session, you’ll leave with a beautiful charm bangle to take home and wear, or gift to someone special. How long is the class? The class lasts approximately 3 hours, including a refreshment break. If your class runs over lunchtime, you’re very welcome to bring along a packed lunch. Or, if you’d prefer something freshly made, the Cornhill Village Shop offers delicious filled rolls, pastries and quiches. Please make sure you visit before the class as the break can be quite short. Please note that class times are approximate and may run over or finish a earlier, depending on the group.
