Trailing Sunflowers

Sunflower stems climb in vertical trails, their yellow petals and deep brown centers turning outward as the vines fork and return. Against a blackish ground, fresh green leaves and small buds keep the repeat lively while the open spacing lets the dark backdrop read clearly across the wall.
