GEBUWIN - SPUR GEAR WINCHES - HOISTING HW200 GR or SS Winch - Max 200kg Gebuwin has two ranges of spur gear winches which are used for hoisting loads. All of the spur gear winches are equipped with a load pressure brake. This brake holds the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering. The hoisting capacities are calculated according to the first cable layer on the cable drum. Due to the minimal friction loss in the transmission, the spur gear winches have a high performance efficiency. Most parts are made from steel and have been either painted or zinc plated. The coding is as follows: The first two letters refer to the type and the subsequent numbers refer to the hoisting capacity in kg’s. A few letters then follow; these refer to the surface treatment and the type of winch. The explanation for the coding is as follows: Type coding: HW = economy hand driven winches TL = spur gear winches Version coding: D = cable drum for 1 cable 2D = cable drum for 2 cables GR = grey (RAL 7035) / black (RAL 9005) painted according to DIN 12944-C1 EV = electrolyte zinc plated, min. 6 microns SS = stainless steel 14301 EX = ATEX 114 certified for zones 2 and 22 (TC only)
