We’ll guide you through every step—from mixing and kneading the dough to rolling and shaping your cinnamon swirls. All tools and ingredients are provided, and each guest will leave with about 8 freshly baked pumpkin cinnamon rolls to enjoy at home. We’ll also demonstrate how to make a classic ermine frosting—light, fluffy, and not too sweet. Everyone will get a chance to spread some on their rolls before heading out with their delicious creations. You will also take home copies of all recipes made in class.
