Hailing from Valpantena, appropriately nicknamed Valley of The Gods, for it's supreme beauty, we have this fresh take on Soave. Fermented spontaneously in terracotta ampora, then aged on the lees with constant bâtonnage. This brings ample texture, and freshness to the wine, with an almond and white flower character, and pronounced minerality.
