Vintage Feine RINAS ZIGARREN cutter. (42909)

A vintage cutting knife for cutting the tip ends of cigars, German made, mother of pearl scales although it may be one scale has worn down? It may well of been made this way I’m not sure. Measures 2.1/8” in full length, by pulling open the top flange the cutter opens to enable the end of cigar to be cut.
