Allee Bleue Vineyards

Allee Bleue is one of the oldest vineyards in the Cape. The estate that was founded in 1690 and covering an area of 135 hectares, had not produced a single drop of fine wine for around 100 years until 1999, when Mr. and Mrs. Dauphin purchased the estate. Allée Bleue is nestled in the Franschhoek Valley, at the foot of the majestic Drakenstein Mountains. This scenic area, with its Cape Dutch ambience, offers visitors a unique experience – world-class wines, fruit and herbs, stunning event spaces, a bistro and picnic venue, warm hospitality, historic charm and contemporary art.
