Sloe and Seville Orange Liqueur

This fruity liqueur can be slipped slowly or mixed with soda and as a cocktail ingredient. British sloes and Spanish Seville oranges combine to make a drink that is bitter, sweet and full of complex flavours. It’s warm and aromatic and makes the perfect end to a dinner party. Fruits of the Forage collect fruit, herbs and other edibles from old hedgerows and abandoned orchards in and around their native Cheshire. Their aim is to prevent food waste, but also encourage biodiversity and preserve Britain's farming traditions and food ways.
