eMoMo TRG12HRRVA Control Box/Junction Box

This is the genuine eMoMo TRG12HRRVA junction box (also referred to as a control box). It is compatible with recliners, home theater chairs, and sofas that use the TRG12HRRVA switch. Compatibility: This control box is not cross-compatible. Verify the SN on the barcode sticker of the control box, and order only if the SN meets the following criteria: Prefix: Usually begins with SN:E, SN:WT, or SN:ZE. Model Code: The digits immediately following the prefix must be TRG12HRRVA. Check Digit: The character directly after "TRG12HRRVA" must be a number or the letter V. Configuration: This control box has three leads and plugs: A flat and round male 2-pin connector for the power adapter A plastic 2-pin female connector (black and green wires) for the vibration motors A plastic 2-pin male connector (black and red wires) for the heating pad. The control box has 3 sockets: Two 2-pin sockets for the footrest and headrest motors A 5-pin socket for the side switch. Note: This control box is designed for use with the TRG12HRRVA control switch. If unsure whether the fault originates from the control box or the switch, we recommend replacing both components simultaneously. Sometimes the issue may also stem from the vibration motor or the heating pad. Try disconnecting the two white plastic plugs on the control box to check if the other functions are returning to normal. If they do, follow these steps to troubleshoot: Reconnect the plugs one by one. Identify which specific plug causes the fault to reappear. Leave that faulty plug disconnected.
