Youth Boxing Camp - 10th August

We'll cover technique, speed, agility, drills, bag work and pad work, as well as general fitness and conditioning, with Coach Ryan. Secondary school aged children only. Bring drinks and snacks to have the breaks. FUNDING: Lower income families and those in receipt of Free School Meals can attend for half price. Use the discount code FSM50 at checkout. Grit damages our gym surface, so outdoor shoes aren't allowed on the floor. Come dressed in sports clothing.
